This year in Bournville it is 22nd August - latest so far - was it the long winter? I would have thought the alternately hot and wet spring and summer would have resulted in some catchup.

I'm looking for a Dorothy Williams in Bournville - is she related to you? A Christmas card for her, from Wales, and addressed to 4 Hay Green Lane (which doesn't exist) has arrived at my house nearby.
